Pink Stripes

This piece was largely formed using ink and a variety of different mark making techniques. I wanted to make an image with a lot of energy and presence. Building layer upon layer, I created a web of colour and texture. A sweep of red ink grounds the piece and provides a point of focus.

An original painting, finished in 2024. Acrylic, ink and pastel on paper board, unframed.
